In a word, SSM\u2019s products are vibratory energy harvester of \u201cAlN (aluminum nitride) thin film-based non-linear spring type formed on stainless steel\u201d developed by MEMS technology. They are highly durable against strong impact enough to reliably generate electric power under extremely vibratory circumstances. Further, CMOS-compatible process drastically reduces manufacturing costs on volume production basis\u00a0SSM provides worldwide customers with several kinds of energy harvester sample for their reference and<\/p>\n<p>evaluation purpose. Then, SSM customizes and optimizes its reference designs, and develops an optimal energy harvester device in order to fulfill customer\u2019s own specification.
